02 / Anwendung

Step-by-step guide

Schritt 01 / 05

Prepare the substrate

The foundation of long life.

Reinigen Sie die Oberfläche von Staub, Fett und losen Partikeln. Verwenden Sie Hochdruckreiniger oder Drahtbürste. Risse größer als 3 mm vorab mit Dichtmasse spachteln.

Schritt 02 / 05

Anschlüsse abdichten

Kritische Punkte unter Kontrolle.

Bei Dächern, Balkonen und Terrassen alle Übergänge, Ecken und Details (z. B. Kamine, Dachabläufe) mit Armierungsgewebe in die frische erste Schicht einbetten.

Schritt 03 / 05

First coat

Schaffung der Grundbarriere.

Apply with brush, lambswool roller or airless sprayer (15–18 MPa, nozzle 0.017"–0.023"). Consumption approx. 100–200 g/m² per coat, depending on substrate porosity.

Schritt 04 / 05

Drying and curing

Geduld für perfektes Ergebnis.

The first coat is dust-dry after approx. 2 hours at 23 °C / 50 % RH. Apply the next coat only after the previous one is fully dry — otherwise bubbles form.

Schritt 05 / 05

Second coat

The final armour.

Apply undiluted for full protective thickness. Rain-resistant after 24 h (manufacturer specification), carefully walkable after 24 h, fully load-bearing after 28 days.

Bei stark belasteten Details (Kamine, Wartungswege, häufig betretene Bereiche) empfehlen wir eine dritte Schicht — verlängert die Lebensdauer um Jahre.

Material requirement

For the standard 2-coat application at approx. 0.3 kg/m² you need the following quantities:

Carport / kleines Flachdach (20 m²)→ ca. 6 kg

Mittleres Flachdach (60 m²)→ ca. 18 kg

Großes Dach / Fassade (100 m²)→ ca. 30 kg

Balcony (10 m²)→ ca. 3,5 kg

Wir empfehlen 10 % Reserve für komplexe Details und Verschnitt. Die 6-kg-Gebinde sind für kleine Flächen optimal — bei mittleren und großen Flächen lohnt sich die Bestellung mehrerer Gebinde gleichzeitig.
